Return Process

    Ensure your fragrance bottle is unopened, in its original shrink-wrap packaging, and within 14 days of the delivery date.

    Contact Support

    Email our customer care team with your order number and a photo of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Secure Packaging

    Pack the item securely in its original shipping box to prevent damage during transit, as we cannot issue refunds for broken bottles.

  • 4.
    Ship and Refund

    Affix your return label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
